I know exactly what it feels like to look in the mirror and think, “Wait... why does my belly still look like this?”

With my 1st, 2nd, and 3rd child, I had a 4-finger diastasis recti. My core was stretched, weak, and disconnected. So when I coach you through this, I’m not talking at you from a textbook. I have lived this.

I’ve been a certified coach for almost a decade now. I started as a personal trainer, then became a pre and postpartum trainer, and now specialize in core rehab and pelvic floor support.

My mission is simple: help you close the gap, rebuild your confidence, and feel strong, feminine, and at home in your body again.
